Ann lives with a mobility impairment and works alongside people with many different disabilities so that she can bring real life experiences to her work.

Ann is a member of the ACAS Equality Management Team, and an

Ann has also been branch Chairman of the Federation of Small Businesses, a former

non-exec director of Business Link and a strategic Chairman of Young Enterprise,

Ann understands business demands.

All of these skills, background knowledge and ongoing hands on involvement in many disability and community projects allows Ann to have a unique understanding of the balance of business and people with a disability.  Ann can share this management expertise with your organisation whether
